Purolator

Poor customer service and little care for attempting a prompt delivery. If you call prepare for a 20minute wait as they seem to always be experiencing a higher than normal call volume. Seems to be a trend of stating a delivery attempt was made when they didn't. I stayed home all day awaiting an important package only to have the online notifications show a failed delivery attempt.. Weird that neither me nor my very observant and noisy dog noticed him. Poor service. Even poorer delivery

I paid extra for express shipping and had no idea the driver attempted to deliver my package until I got an email saying they missed me and that they would try again the following business day. After they didn't show up the next day I looked up my tracking number and found out it was being held for pick up at the depot. The message I received didn't say anything about this. There is only one depot in St. John's that I can't even get to before it closes because it isn't open on the weekends or after 5:30. So how am I supposed to get my package exactly? First attempted delivery was on December 27, I still don't have my package and don't know if I'm even going to be able to get it. Thanks a lot, Purolator.

Worst service ever, Customer support isn't helpful. Tracking number wasn't updating and I have to call to trace the shipment. Never get back to you when they say they would!

Ordered a Xbox 1 on Amazon and it was expected to deliver to my house October 2nd. The shipping was on track up until Purolator got a hold of it. Once they did, it was delayed twice. And when it finally got to my city, they held it in their sorting facility for a day. I still don't have my game system and there is no "expected delivery" on their tracking site. Would not recommend Purolator at all. Poor service all around.

No option to pick up on Saturday? Not even open late one evening? Do they realize that working people get packages too
