Fastway Couriers

Parcel took over a week to reach its destination but that may have been because of bad weather and the ferry being delayed etc. The on-line tracking showed the parcel on board with courier several days in a row which was strange considering NO card to call was left at the address. I tried to contact Auckland to discuss delivery options and was re routed to possibly the Philippines. Now that is fine and the young lady was pleasant and tried her best but really I wanted to speak to someone in Auckland to talk about the options.Parcel still not arrived but fingers crossed it will be there today. Three stars as the entire problem could have been avoided if a card to call had of been left.

Is it possible to give less than 1 star review?? Tried using fastways to have a package picked up from my office and delivered. I left specific instructions to be called upon arrive so i could bring the parcel to the driver. The first time, they didn't call. They left a note with our receptionist saying that they came by. Thanks. The next day, i called up the depot and they assured me that someone would be sent by COB that day. No dice. The third day, i call up and am given the same assurances. I'm not holding my breath. The depot can't give you any details of the drivers who pickup packages as they use private drivers to do this. Never again.

Useless. They didn't deliver a properly addressed package because it had "insufficient details", didn't check with reception at the business to see where to deliver it, didn't bother calling the phone number on it, and waited for me to (recipient) to contact them to see why my urgent package hadn't turned up. I then had to go their depo (which was insanely flash). Obviously great at making money, but horrendous at everything else. The person at the depo was rude and abrupt. Awful company. I thought competition was meant to improve service but clearly not. AVOID.

Honestly, if I knew the sender use Fastway service I would rather not get anything. First, the courier doesn’t even knocked on the door, they just put the card to call right away. Emailed them as online enquiry no reply after a business day. I then redirected the parcel to another address yesterday right after I got the card and after 24 hours later it was updated in the morning at 8am that the parcel still at the depot waiting for receiver’s instruction. Next time please ask the sender what service they are using before you placing the order. I’m leaving the country in 2 days and I don’t think I will received the parcel anytime soon

After my parcel being transported from depot to depot I emailed through an enquiry 2days later no response. Then it was on board with the driver at 8.30am the next day I waited all day till 5pm I left my home to go somewhere, checked the track and trace and it says at 4pm driver could not deliver to address. I waited till the next day to call customer service who said the package was still at the depot as the wrong driver took my package then returned it back to the depot. I told them I need to know if the package is coming today as it is a cellphone and I need to know if I should be home customer service took my name and number and that was it. I can see by your many poor reviews you are the worst courier company out there I will make sure to ask for nz couriers to be used in the future as I never have issues with them and there track and trace is updated better.
