I don't think I've ever been treated with such contempt. I mean honestly, I'm not asking you to kiss my feet but a little courtesy would be nice. The customer service "professionals" are incredibly rude. I came here on more than two occasions and have decided to stop ordering/shipping through UPS altogether. Thanks for nothing!

Always love to go there for shipping. Itâ€™s easy to find a parking spot and the staff there always make my parcel packed perfectly! Very appreciated!

My experience with this store has always been quite good. The owner is always friendly although i saw some of the customer were quite rude, they should be aware that the store owner and staff don't control what happens to your package outside of their store.

If you happen to be a non-white good luck dealing with that rude customer service guy. He doesn't speak English and has an extremely rude attitude. It happened every single time I went to pickup something.
