Dear Canpar, When paying for two day delivery, one would expect 2 day delivery. 7 days later I am still waiting for my package. Is the slowdown a solidarity action with the Canada Post strike? Somehow, I don't think so. Further, when providing an electronic signature and instructions to leave the package at the door on your website for my shipment, once would not expect to find a delivery knocker on one's door. I did. After speaking to the local delivery company (Loomis Express), I just might get my package tomorrow... 8 days later. I've instructed the vendor who I have purchased from about my "amazing" experience shipping with you. They have told me that they "are working on switching to Purolator exclusively." Sincerely, Without Package.

Their "designated" drop off areas, do not match up. 2 different packages delivered to two different "designated" drop off areas and the employees of each store confirmed they are not Canpar locations.

This company has lost a package sent from Sydney NS to Dartmouth NS. When you go online to track with the tracking number they provided there is no information. If you call the 1-800 number it takes 8 to 10 minutes on the line to speak to a live operator after navigating a complex long touch command system. The operators are rude and one disconnected me but claimed it was not intentional! Since Aug 20/18 I have been waiting for this package. Today I visited their local terminal as advertised on-line but they are no longer there and no forwarding address. Neighour says they were they one day and then gone the next morning. I doubt that i will ever get my package now! . My recommendation to people is use anyone other than CanPar! Not to be trusted

They have several pickup locations near me but they are holding my parcel in the farthest location available, in another city 10km away from me!

Call Center service is terrible. They absolutely don't give a hoot and don't offer any solutions - they just answered my questions in a flat tone like a robot.
