A bunch of dope smoking goobers. They hit my wifeâ€™s car damaging it then denied it. Very ignorant and unprofessional will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Day and Ross lost my package twice and delivered it to the wrong city. When it finally arrived, it was 15 days late. Throughout the delivery the tracking number was never available. I called customer service at least a dozen times, they were not helpful, never returned my phone calls, and forgot me on hold.

We received our shipment from Day and Ross and it was damaged we filed a claim and provided pictures and receipt and they don't want to reimburse\compensate us for the damage...I would not recommend shipping your valuables with Day & Ross
