Worst experience in my life! Not responsible about delivery of my envelop at all! People and manger of this department hardly can speak English! So much mistake in the address.. They didn't update my details to DHL so nobody couldn't contact me and told me that my envelop is on hold. Not satisfy!! I don't know how you sleep at night with this services! This is not the right way of making money!
