Placed an order at 4pm and its 10pm now and still have not received my order called them to find out why they just didnt care at all. Poor poor service and customer service after waiting and still waiting 6hrs Called delivery service back at 5:30 pm an hour and a half after order was placed to see how much longer and was told that they were starting their hot food delivery and they told me they would get to it when they got to it, which i placed order an hour and 30mins before they started hot food delivery, so that made no sense, Called back at 7:36pm to check the status on the order told her i was already waiting 3 and a half hrs she told me my order was not as important and booze and food orders all she said was we will get to it dont know when then called back at 9:41pm and she raced me off the phone and said he went now to get it, order finally arrived at 10:13pm after placing order at 4pm no refund was given of any kind..no compensation was offered of any kind after waiting over 6hrs with one excuse after another from them, pathetic
