Unreliable. Twice within the last 6 months they have lost our shipment. I would be more understanding if the guy who deals with these situations was a bit more pleasant and understanding. His reply was basically "these things happen".

One of their drivers passed me in an active school zone (30km zone) on Gauvin Rd. In Dieppe, today. Not only did he pass on a full center lane, he was speeding and took the speed bump at 50km/h at least!! Unacceptable behaviour from a company. If a driver willingly goes to sacrifice the safety of people and school kids to meet a â€˜same dayâ€™ promise - I dont know if Id ever hire that company. It would seem hypocritical as a parent to hire the company who could potentially hit my child in a school zone. Makes no sense to me. Shame on that driver whoever he/she is.

Was assured they did Halifax to Truro area deliveries twice a day. Shipped an urgent parcel at 1:40 PM on Wednesday Nov 14th. The weather was fine Nov 14 and15th; received a call at 1:00 PM Friday Nov 16th from consignee, still have not received the parcel. Started a trace, they have no electronic scanning or tracing capabilities, calling drivers to see where package is! IMO Not the best courier to ship with.
