Greyhound Courier Express

The greyhound bus routes are fine, arrived on time and safely. BUT the ticket selling staff (the old man) is really rude! Made me feel like I was the one who sitting in the other end and listening to a custom complaining. They used to be really gentle several years ago, not sure if greyhound had their funding cut in staff training program or if there was one.

So I went into the terminal in Peterborough at about 1:30 on Saturday December 23, 2018 and asked to use the washroom. The grumpy old man rings me out because I did not have a ticket, and said I should not be there because I took the Go Bus. I said to him that I was going to take the Greyhound but it did not have the time I needed to get into Peterborough. I was very embarrassed because of the way I was treated and I take Greyhound on this root at lease 3 tines a week I think that if you're going to work in customer service you should not be able to treat people that way and still keep your job.

The bus to Ottawa is always late (comes from Toronto). It is supposed to leave at 6:15 which is when the terminal closes. They kick everyone out of the terminal regardless of the weather and you get to wait outside for the next hour to hour and a half. How about a direct Peterborough to Ottawa bus that leaves on time! How about leaving the terminal open until the last bus of the day leaves!

The greyhound bus route is good! But the staff give off the vibe that they don't want to work there and are VERY rude!! So don't feel offended when you go buy your ticket, you're not the problem, its them!

The older man that works at the ticket booth is so rude and condescending. Greyhound should hire people with basic customer service skills!
