Purolator

Delivery is now 2 days late. Try to get a hold of anyone on the phone takes forever. I received a call back and it immediately put me on hold where I have been for the past 20 minutes. Would not recommend 100% using this service at any cost.

They were great, I had know idea how to send something. They did everything for me, all I had to do was pay.

Everytime one of my order is shipped by Purolator. I have to set aside 3days to wait for my order. I can see go out for delivery back to the warehouse then the next 2 day same thing. Why would you say it was out for delivery on the truck and save the delivery date was that day and then not show at all? ..... Purolator just flat out sucks

This is the worst company ever. Purolator picked up my parcel on Oct 12 from North York, and I was supposed to get the parcel yesterday on Oct 15 in Ajax according to their tracking information. First off, why does it take 3 days for this delivery? It's only an 1 hours drive from North York to Ajax. It's Oct 16th today and I am still waiting for this parcel. Can someone tell me how is this a courier service? I am sure when I step out for a bit they will come over and put a note for pick up, and then I have to drive to their pickup location in the middle of no where in Pickering to get my parcel. Please avoid this company at all cost, the worst company ever.

Somewhat friendly service. Waiting time not too ridiculous.
