Received 13 boxes filled with household stuff couriered from Vancouver to Scarborough. One box was damaged and contents were just coming out. Must not be a fault of this pick up / delivery centre, but may be this is how Greyhound Courier Express handles things generally! Insurance is claimable ONLY for lost packages and not for damaged ones so nothing could be done for it! But since it's much economical compared to DHL, UPS, etc., there is no better option! Otherwise the staff is friendly, so 3 stars!

Very nice facility, the gentleman Nigel that works there is very kind and helpful. If Greyhound's overall service is not the best it shouldn't reflect this place.

Decent service, but when my boxes arrived 3/7 boxes were ripped open with contents falling out. Not worth the 10 bucks I saved not shipping Canada Post.

Took greyhound from Montreal to Scarborough. When I'm at the Scarborough station, the driver won't open the bin so I couldn't take out my luggage. What he said is "if you didn't make a request, you can't have your luggage, I won't open the bin. You can take off here, but we are going to downtown(with your luggage)". Horrible service, wouldn't recommend.
