Purolator

🐌 my packages are always supposed to be signed for but the driver ALWAYS leaves it at the door from purolator. (On a busy road where it could get spotted and stolen any time...

Everytime I order something and it's shipped by purolator it gets delivered to the worng door, even though the doors are numbered... And theology even leave it there when it's supposed to be signed.. today I found my package down stairs at my nabours and there was even a hole in the box that showed the Xbox one that was inside. Thank the gods no one took it.

Guaranteed delivery date for my order was today but Purolator is saying the weather is preventing them from delivering it even though the roads are clear and it's not snowing. I have to go pick it up now since it's supposed to snow even more tommorow.

Their drivers don't know how to use buzzer! Shame Purolator, poor and cheap managed canadian company

I paid extra to have my item shipped quickly. On the day it was suppose to arrive I just happened to check the status and saw it was "rescheduled by customer" when delivery attempted. No delivery was attempted. No one came to my door or even up to my house. We were home and watching for the truck! Not even a notice left in my mail box! I had to go pick it up! Someone explain to me why I paid extra just to have to go pick it up?! Why didn't he come up my driveway? He saw my 2 dogs. So anyone who has dogs shouldn't use purolator because they won't even go down your driveway.
