Actually sickening they consider themselves a delivery service. I work from home all week long, and my boyfriend comes home for lunch. On this particular day, he came home SEVEN minutes before the driver posted a delivery notice missed. I contacted the post office and they told me they will report the driver and schedule a delivery for the next day. They left me a voicemail later the next day saying they can only pass the day after (two days after original date). Not only is this poor service but it is plain disrespectful. I have been waiting all day to receive my package and the delivery notice still says it's at their office waiting for pick up. A Purolator truck passed on my street that day around noon, and I thought they just missed the house and would come back around later, but... after calling at 3:30pm, I was informed that there was no reshipment notice for them, and the next time they can deliver is in another FOUR DAYS (6 total delayed days).This will force us to go pick up the package for their two mistakes. Based on the reviews of the in-store service, I cant wait to see what else I will have to deal with. Note: Our doorbell works perfectly fine and can be clearly heard from any room, even with the door closed. We have stairs leading up to our apartment from the door, so if they only knocked on the door, that's the only reason we could have "missed" them. TWO people were actively walking around the apartment during the time they posted the notice. This is ridiculous. If I had the option I would NEVER receive service from this company; everytime they "miss us when we're not home", we are ALWAYS home. Lazy staff and very poor customer service not seemingly willing to do whatever it takes to benefit the customer.

I read the reviews and expected disappointing service however when I called 3 times in the same day. I was thrilled to get exceptional help from 3 different employees. They were patient and very helpful. I admit I asked some repetitive and unnecessary questions but I was kindly guided through the entire way. Very satisfied

I just had a really nice guy who got back to deliver me a urgent package after we just not response when I ring our intercom in the morning. He was super gentle and patient and try to explain me how I got forwarded in the wrong intercom. Best delivery service ever so. The woman at their office was super patient and gentle too. Can't tell anything wrong.

I missed a package delivery which was moved onto this location for collection. It was a bit out of the way for me to access with public transit, and I think I clicked on the google reviews for the location just to commiserate with what seemed like other frustrated parties. I'm glad I did. I saw all of the responses from Purolator Customer Care, sent a quick email, and my package was moved to a location closer to my office for collection early the next day. Thanks for being helpful and engaging with reviewers!

scrolled down in the reviews as far as i could, all i could see is people complaining about the same thing, and the "owner" responding with pretty much the same response, we're talking over 2 years worth of complaints... Nothing has been done, the same complaints are there today, AND the same thing happened to me as well -multiple times-. Hey "owner" are you actually gonna do something about these complaints, or you just gonna post the same template response? Here's a funny story, after a fake delivery attempt that i apparently "missed", i drive down to their super inaccessible location in St-Pierre -which took an easy 40 minutes by the way- just for them to refuse to hand me my package because the address on my id is different than the address on the package. I try to explain that i had that package shipped to that specific address, it's my friend's address, i showed them proof of my purchase online -amazon-, i logged into my account in front of the employees, and showed them the exact order in question, with the exact tracking number, and the exact credit card that i was physically holding in my hand, then i showed them my saved addresses on amazon, so they can see that both the address i have on my photo id AND the address on the package are valid and are both on the amazon account. I basically fully proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that I AM the person who bought that package and had it shipped to that exact address. They still refused to give it to me, their solution was, and brace yourselves: Both me and my friend have to show up IN PERSON, me with proof of ID and my friend with proof of address in order for me to pickup that package, because my name is on it but my friend's address is on it. So none of us are able to pick it up on our own. How does that make any sense at all? any person present at that address during the delivery - assuming Purolator doesn't do a fake delivery- is able to accept the package, yet if that same person goes to their warehouse to pick up the package, he can't take it because it's not under his name... and if the person who's name it's under shows up, he still can't pick it up because it's not under his address...
