Ordered from Amazon, They didn't leave any notice, Purolater claim they tried to deliver the package twice on the same day ( i work from home ) but the city on the tracking is the same as the location of their warehouse. The tracking does not show any attempted delivery at my address/city , It looks like a scheme : pretend to attempt delivery but dump the package at a pick-up location so they don't have to deliver the package. I have escalated the complaint to amazon and asked them to stop using Purolater.

They called me telling me that my shipment was there , as we all I work and was thinking to go on the weekend but they are closed, I saw miss called on Tusday at 2 pm again no messsge of course I went at 4:30 they return my shipment so it was les then 5 days more like 4 days there. I will never buy stuff anywhere if the store is working with them. Now I must find my shipment no idea where did they return it. Not recommend company.

The service was okay. I know how those companies handle our package in between city's and between trucks. But I was shock to see that the clerk drop my expensive printer box from the hand truck! No harm done, but they could at least pretend to care for our stuff when we are there!
