Amazing business, never ever delivered your package. They always put"Address correction required" or No body at home on their ugly website. Then you have to spend at least half an hour driving to their miserable location and meet with their even more miserable staffs who always claimed "they tried". The only thing they did try and repeated doing is making a bunch of excuses. Great company operated by a group of retards.

Received an automated call which contained the number that is needed upon picking up the shipment. Accidentally hung up Before writing it down. When I arrived to pick up my shipment they refused to use any form of GOV ID or address as she said they needed the number the automated phone call gave me. Kinda odd how your system works. Considering itâ€™s obvious that itâ€™s me picking up my own shipment. Which would have the same name and address.. Thanks for making it easy!

No idea how Purolator stay in business. Virtually every review online is dreadful. Yet again they fail to deliver, tracking says "Address correction required". Every other courier somehow manages to deliver to this address. Can't really call to correct address because it is correct, so I have to pick package up yet again, and of course Purolator is only open till 6pm weekdays, closed on Saturdays. Other couriers manage to deliver packages fine, and even when they can't for some reason, are at least open reasonable hours and days for pickup.

Doesn't attempt delivery, doesn't leave notice card, depot is in a ridiculous location far away from everything.

3 customers ahead of me, 1 employee working behind the counter, and at minimum 2 employees chatting to someone in the adjacent office space (to the left of the counter) about 'our lord almighty'. Waited 20 minutes and was finally served, I only fault the counter employee for not getting someone to help her. BTW there's next to no parking.
