I was not satisfied with the customer service I received, man was rude when he had to change the ticket from Kingston to Kanata. I was also double charged on my credit card and now have to deal this that.

I placed a call for information about schedules, the numbered was secured from the website . The man at the other end told me he was too busy and I should use a phone book. He was rude and insensitive to my one question.
