If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Next day delivery is a joke. It's costly but they don't seem to make any real attempt to meet that deadline. In my case, Purolator missed next day delivery (even though it made it to my local depot that morning) and now it's the second day and they can't answer simple questions about where the package is today or when it will be delivered. To make it worse, their customer service is also extremely rude. They interrupt constantly, lecture you about their internal challenges as if the customer is supposed to know and be responsible for their understaffing etc., and all they do, even after escalating to a supervisor (who was also rude) is assign it to a "tracking specialist" but they can't tell you when you'll hear anything from that person. I will avoid using Purolator in future. There are other, more reliable ways to move packages and letters.
