I ordered a laptop from bestbuy and received it the day it said it would come but I missed the dilivery truck by 10 minutes, and they left a note saying that I can only pick it up in a town 1hr away from mine 15 minutes before closing and on top of that I was leaving the country for a vacation the next day so I couldn’t pick it up. I called and asked if there was any way to contact the driver to meet him where he currently was to receive it and they were very rude about it and said no! I ended up having my dad drive down to receive it when costumer service was aweful abou all of it!

I know a lot of people work to get the parcels from place to place. Then the parcel is given to a lazy driver and the companies reputation is ruined. That's what I believed happen to me this pass week. First a mechanical breakdown, then a week of weather delays. It was snowy, but my mail courier delivered each day. It finally was dropped off at a store depot for pick up. If I wasnt tracking it I wouldnt have known that it was dropped off for pick up. That day it was perfect weather and still the driver did not try to deliver. This has also happen on another parcel. That time it was a too late in day delay. What is going on ??

Told me that my delivery was on the truck and I would receive that day. Didn’t. Had to cancel appointments the next day I was needing supplies for. Sent the delivery to wrong house in the end. I found it down the road in my neighbours porch. Now I just looked up my other package and it says delivered so they clearly delivered that to the wrong house too and now I’m going to have to track it down. Not impressed at all.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Next day delivery is a joke. It's costly but they don't seem to make any real attempt to meet that deadline. In my case, Purolator missed next day delivery (even though it made it to my local depot that morning) and now it's the second day and they can't answer simple questions about where the package is today or when it will be delivered. To make it worse, their customer service is also extremely rude. They interrupt constantly, lecture you about their internal challenges as if the customer is supposed to know and be responsible for their understaffing etc., and all they do, even after escalating to a supervisor (who was also rude) is assign it to a "tracking specialist" but they can't tell you when you'll hear anything from that person. I will avoid using Purolator in future. There are other, more reliable ways to move packages and letters.

Brutal. Our fresh inventory for the weekend was on route but then at 5:45, after the office was closed, switched to delayed and now we won't get it until Monday. Not only was a refund not offered by the customer service agent(s), but we will lose revenue due to lost sales opportunity. Be very cautions using Purolator for business.
