I'm still on hold after 10 minutes, and when I phoned earlier to talk to someone about tracking my parcel I was waiting for 14 minutes. Signature was required upon delivery, and the delivery driver should have called me to schedule a good time to drop the parcel off. Not only did I not receive a call, the driver left the parcel in my fenced back yard, no signature given. Come on guys, get it together. As I said before I was on hold for a long time, and your automated message when I was waiting is, "Sameday Worldwide, the residential delivery professionals." The only professional that works for you is Anita, she is awesome! Probably over worked too. Thank you for listening to me Anita:) Good work. Silver lining, at least they left the parcel in the back yard. But still, not cool guys.
