Purolator

Something is happening at this location if there are so many bad reviews. I too had a bad experience with a lady making fun of me for asking for a package that was already picked up. I asked her why someone called today if the package was already picked up. She said it wasn't us. Then my wife showed her the Purolator number and the date of the call. She continued to be rude and than I showed her my email indicating that a package is ready for pick up. Again rude she said without a door tag we don't know anything. The point is I came to the location because they called me. This location needs further training in customer service and tracking their own items. It ended up that another package was there but the delivery person never left a tag. If purolator cares about their service level they will listen to their customers and make some changes. There are other companies out there. Looks like copy and paste replies. Tracking number and report it to manager. Customer service ???????

I have found Hannah to be the most helpful of customer service representatives! Always pleasant! Always a smile! She is an asset to this location! I could have my shipments sent to the Guelph depot, but the friendly service I receive in Cambridge is more than enough to keep me coming back! Great job, Hannah! And, thank you!

Waited all day anticipating arrival of my package only to get an email that they are sorry they missed me when they "attempted" to deliver. I was home all day waiting for the package, but they said no one answered the front door when they knocked...problem is, I live in an apartment building and have no front door. Unless, he was standing in front of the lobby "knocking" on a glass door? By the way, there is a big directory that has my name on it if he was interested in looking. If they really came to attempt a delivery, why is there no door knocker notice stuck on the front door from Purolator? There were other notices from other couriers for other tenants but no notice for me from Purolator?? Now they tell me, I can go pick it up at their depot in Guelph if I want....ummm, I paid for shipping to have it shipped to my home for a reason. Otherwise, I would've just gone to the store to buy it! This is not a rant against the company per se, but some of their drivers are a bunch of lairs!

Very rude on the phone I asked about my package and she was giving lots off adittude as I didn't know I weeded a tracking number I got nothing but adittude on this call I get more respect from my 3 year old brother very bad experience
