Purolator

The dude just walked by two cars parked in the driveway up to a house with an open window. That must have clued him in that someone was home, and he didn't want to actually take the 2 minutes to deliver the parcel, so he just left a notice on my door without ringing. A nest video doorbell is installed which documents that he snuck a tag onto the door and took off without ringing the bell. Tried to phone purolator immediately after but the phone rings and rings without answer. I will suggest to vendors that they no longer ship my stuff through purolator.

I'm not sure who delivered to me but it was exceptional that he delivered to my apartment without me coming down and despite me forgetting to put the buzzer code on my address...the second person that delivered to me didn't even try to buzz me despite having that information this time; he just left the sorry we missed you note! I appreciate that Purolator reaches out to customers that have a negative experience.

I have come to this location to both pick up a parcel and drop one off. The customer service is great. The CS rep answered all my questions and provided me with the best options and prices to ship my package. It was delivered right on time.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Hello, I would like to share my experience from this morning (Friday April 12th 2019) at 8:30 am, 470 Highland Rd W, Kitchener, Ontario. I went to pick up a package with my two children (Ages 3 &1) and left my phone in my car. The woman at the counter who was in her mid 60's, shoulder length grey hair (she would not provide me with her name of the store managers name) was extremely rude and yelled at my 3 year old son. She would not get me my package until I provided her with my tracking number, I asked her if she could find it with my name or my address because I left my phone in the car where I had the tracking number. She replied she will not get me my package without it. So I proceeded to leave to get my phone, my 3 year old son pushed a button on the printer and printed a page, she ran over to the printer and start shouting at my son "DON'T TOUCH THAT" and shoved him away from the printer. I raised my voice at her and said "He is 3 years old, who do you think you are yelling at him?" She responded "Maybe you shouldnt be letting your kid touch things he's not supposed too". I proceeded to leave with my children - I came back in with my phone to get my package. My son was so terrified he hid under the counter in the middle of the office. I am please asking for someone to read this and escalate this to the right person. This is not the type of customer service experience someone deserves. This woman yelled at my son and insulted my parenting, over my son touching the printer. Please I beg you to review the security footage for proof of my story. - this woman should not be allowed to work there anymore.

The staff at this busy store has always been very helpful, patient, organized and very pleasant. They recently helped me trace a package I had sent but had lost the receipt and tracking number, and they worked everything out. Excellent!
