Very helpful in the beginning to guide me on entering data. Then left me alone. A bit of a struggle to get help after that. She was socializing and handling other pkgs. Then the shipping price came back at $785 to Belgium with 2 day service and no other options. I said that was not possible then the switch went off. No more help no more guidance. Just escorted out.

They don't call the door. Sometimes don't show up at all. Latest issue had me riled up to finally do this review. Package delivered and again no call. But was it left at the door ? No, they shoved it into the wreath AND package wasn't even for me AND to a completely different address !!! Not even the same postal code! Fed up.

Staff here are beyond helpful. Greeted with a smile when you walk through the door.

Without question, the best customer service I have ever experienced in my 25 years of dealing with shipping companies. I have visited here twice and both times they went the extra mile to make sure my packages were taken care of. I will not be shipping anywhere else! My package was suppose to come yesterday so I sat at home all day and waited. At 5pm I checked the tracking status on my package and it said they had attempted deliver at 4:56pm (I had been out for a smoke at that time and saw no truck) and I would have to go pick it up at the facility, which would be fine if the buzz code to my apartment wasn't set to my cell phone and I didn't receive any call. The buzz code was even posted on the front door for convenience purposes for the driver. As I stated above I was on my balcony which faces the front door and I never even saw a truck. There was no slip left and absolutely no follow up until I called this morning.
