Why can't I give 0 stars? Bought a patio sectional from Costco and they foolishly chose Sameday to deliver out of the WOODSTOCK, ON location. The delivery person shows up and is about to unload a bathroom vanity. You have one job and that is to deliver goods to people - I had to tell him that we didn't order a vanity. He ends up delivering the smallest item in the sectional set - an accessory item which was a tray. He can't tell me where the rest of the items are blaming the warehouse for loading up his truck. We call Sameday customer service and they say we signed for all pieces. Well, I made sure to ask the delivery driver before I signed anything that he confirms we only received one piece. He assures me he does. But Sameday insists that he delivered everything. We don't know if he accidentally dropped our stuff off at another person's house (perhaps where the vanity should be) or whether it never got loaded onto the truck. And, amazingly, Sameday can't tell us either! How can a company this inept still be in business? Do they win only on price regardless of the screw-ups because we, as customers of a 3rd party, can't determine who will be responsible for shipment?
