No heating in the shelter. I usually take the bus at the downtown Ottawa station but this past winter I took buses from this stop two times. Both times the bus was late, and in the winter it gets really cold. One time it was an hour late and I had to stand in the cold for that long. It would be good if at least there is heating.

Easy to get to, close to highway. Pick-up is at the end of the OC Transpo Terry Fox Bus Station. No heating in shelter, or restroom facilities. Closest restrooms are in the shops.

It's a bus station. Not much to say about that. I guess it's clean(Atleast relative to the other u busstations I've been to)
