Greyhound Courier Express

If I could give this place 0 stars i would. They lost my 1500$ worth of my tools and are trying to give me 100$ nearly 5 months later. Now im stuck not working because I dont have what I need to do my job. Thanks!

Some of my stuff ended up in rougher shape than expected. It is cheaper than the post but they definitely don't take as good of care of goods so use this at your own discretion. The lady at the pickup was very cold and uninviting.

Horrible Customer Service.The lady who picked up the phone was calling herself a Manager but I doubted Greyhound is a big name they cannot have her as Manager. My parcel suppose to be delivered and we were charged , instead the lady told was that it cannot be delivered and if you don't pick up with in 2 days I will send it back. Very disappointed with t this location's service.Never had this bad experience with Greyhound before.

I shipped five boxes from Calgary to Toronto and all I have to say is for the amount they charge you, the service is really good. I would recommend them for across country moves.

Terrible customer service. I asked for an estimate of the cost to ship to Calgary from the lady at the front desk. After providing all the information, I said that I would come back the next day after speaking with the person that I was shipping to. The lady rolled her eyes, walked away in a huff and threw the tape that she was holding onto the desk as if I'd wasted her time (Seriously? Grow up). I found her behaviour very unprofessional and I would not go back based on my experience. If I had the option, I wouldn't give this place any stars. UPDATE: I went to FedEx and not only was the customer service 10x better, but also the cost to ship was cheaper.
