Robert Q Airbus and Courier

Called dispatcher and arranged to get on a earlier bus home. Arrived at meeting spot 5 minutes early and the bus was already gone, though dispatcher said it would be there. Called dispatcher back and she rudley explained she did not let the dispatcher know I would be coming, and that she did not care as I could just get on a later bus. Customer service staff was pretty much berating me that I "didn't know the Robert Q system". The next bus didn't come for four hours that morning and since I had already exited security I was left without food options. NEVER AGAIN, UNRELIABLE and NO SENSE of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Location is good but if u want public transport better keep some time in hand. near downtown, should have more parking

I WAS a frequent customer from London to Pearson and return as I fly over 100k a year. I recently experienced the most horrendous customer service experience at the Toronto Pearson Terminal 1 counter on Jan 5. I have the lady’s name but will not post it. I also received the same disregard for customer relations over the phone when I called the London office. If someone wises to contact me about this they may and honesty should! I have never experienced anything like this in all my travels and I believe this should be addressed as I’m sure this isn’t the 1st and only instance.

Good ontime seevice. They are travelling to Pearson airport numerous times per day as well as Detroit Airport. Also to Sarnia.

Great spot for travel booking and baggage purchase.
