i work for a company that has received deliveries from this company many times and have always had the same delivery person. He is absolutely the most miserable guy. If you do not like your job then quit!! Rude, unfriendly, just a very nasty personality. Do not recommend using this company if this is the service provided

call the company and all of their voice mail boxes are full and even their operator doesnt answer the phone. they say they are unable to track packages and that you should email. waited all day for a delivery and finally got an answer from staples directly that Muskoka delivery had put the parcel on the wrong truck. and it would be there the next day between 9-5...so much for a guaranteed delivery date.

Very unacceptable delivery from this company. You have to be a detective to trace your parcel. Was home all day waiting & no delivery buzzed my condo #. No ticket left that delivery was attempted, no email, no phone call????? Tracking was impossible. Customer service was polite, but that’s about all. So 3 days sitting waiting. Hope they get it right today. Too bad Staples has to use this company for delivery, because Staples is a 5 star. So yes delivered today. Manager in charge very uncooperative to listen to me & made untrue accusations. My first time writing a review, because I think the public should know how this company handles things. Staples on the other hand was very helpful throughout all of this. Will order from staples as usual but not delivery from MDS. Never again!!

The delivery was okay but the customer service was good. They posted the "we were here" slips in the guest parking entrance versus on the mailbox so I didn't get it until a couple of days later when one of my neighbours put it on my door. Their pick up note wasn't very clear on what to do next. I ended up calling. When I did call they were very friendly and helpful and got me my package the next business day.
