Can't call them with a question, recorded message only, very unhappy, need to talk to them about a drop off to their depot. Plus the delivery guy never knocks or uses door bell and leave valuable parcels outside our door, open to the street, just inviting theft! not happy!

Holy, these guys suck. Parcel has been in Sudbury for TWO DAYS and still nothing! Tracking shows "out for delivery" since yesterday morning. It's now Saturday so I guess I have to wait 'till Monday. It took two days to go from Aurora to here, but the Muskoka HQ is like a black hole where nothing can escape. Glad I paid extra for express shipping.

Incompetent warehouse staff leaving valuables literally sitting next to the front door with no supervision. Driver wouldn't help a senior citizen carry a 75LB parcel to the door of the house NOR would the driver help the same senior citizen carry it to the truck (van) when it had to be returned. Unfortunately for us, UPS and DHL have chosen these chumps for last mile delivery and I'm pretty sure carrier pigeons would work out better for most of their deliveries.

My parcels are almost always damaged. Muskoka delivery called me to tell me they can deliver on a certain date and didn't show up. I tried calling the office in Sudbury and there is no one to answer my questions I just get other phone numbers to call. I don't get it because they called me! to be here at a certain time! Super crappy service for sure. If I can give zero I would.

Delivery guy shows up and says can u come give me a hand with your package, it's heavy. I ask, don't u have a partner? No, he says. I tell him I'm sick, and I order things online so I don't have to lug them up to my 4th floor apt. He stands there and gives me a death stare... I refuse the package. Major "half ass" operation.
