Canpar Courier

I'm downtown Montreal. They came while I was at work and left a note. I went to their website and signed up for the live tracking on my e-mail account. The next day, I received an e-mail saying that my package was at the gas station around the corner. I picked it up there immediately and without any hassle. This whole process lasted less than 24 hours. I am very pleased and I can't complain at all.

Where's the zero star option? Literally the worst company I've dealt with because it's ongoing. Any time I have placed an online order and the vendor unfortunately ships with Canpar, I want to cry because I know it's going to be an ordeal. I am currently dealing with them for issues with 2 separate orders from 2 vendors and no one can tell me where my packages are. Both were returned to sender with 0 attempts to deliver them to me (I know because I purposely worked from home last week to not miss these orders, and no one ever ran my bell or left a missed delivery slip. They also think it's acceptable to keep leaving our neighbour's orders on our front step every time they order, even though they live several houses down. It's at a point now where I am unfortunately going to have to stop buying from stores or companies that use them as their delivery method because I can't keep wasting my time playing phone tag with a million different people trying to locate my packages.

Someone at Canpar stole my package. Based on the tracker, it was in Lasalle at 9:08 AM and then signed for at 10:16 AM by Penelope, whoever that is. Doesn't take 8 minutes to get from Lasalle to East Montreal. So disappointed by their shadiness. Enjoy your stolen goods, you awful person.

I find it absolutely unbelievable this company doesn't have a functional customer service line. Every time you call it I busy I really doubt this many people are calling in actually I wouldn't be surprised given the service they provide. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst client service, I was supposed to get a text message to inform me when my package will arrive, never received it and therefore missed the shipment. I need to rent a car to go get my package far far away. Called, they didn’t want to help me at all. Way to go company, soon enough you won’t have any clients with such a poor system.
