First off I have been waiting all day for a package to arrive, when it finally does I get no knock on my door and all they do is slap the pick up tomorrow tag and walk away. My dogs are very vocal about people knocking on the door so any knock on the door wold indicate someone is there. Now I have to drive all the way across town tomorrow to get my package that I wanted delivered to my house. The kicker is when trying to phone the store for the past half hour nobody has picked up... will not be using ups for any deliveries again.

Spent $200+ on a package for next day delivery to the states 2 days ago. Not only did it get there a day late but apparently pickup isn't available. The rescheduled delivery is for Monday. This is 4 days past what I paid for. If I knew it was going to be this long I never would have spent the money I did. This was a time sensitive delivery that I paid extra for and got ripped off. I should have gone with canada post instead. At least then I think the package would have gotten there on time.
