Purolator

Thank you Purolator......top notch today! Parcel scheduled for delivery today. Had to close early, called and dispatch sent out a message to the driver to leave parcels at front door. Kids not happy since now they have to do science project this weekend that they left until last minute, but I’m happy that they helped and now we don’t have to wait over a long weekend.

I've just had a parcel delivered by Purolator. It reinforced to me why I don't like dealing with Purolator. I signed up for e-mail alerts for my parcel tracking. I received an e-mail stating my parcel needed a coordinator delivery time with the local depot. I immediately contacted Purolator's customer service. They would not give me a local contact phone number to arrange for this. Instead they took a message. The local depot returned my call 4 hours later. This 4 hour delay meant I didn't receive my parcel on the same day. A Purolator employee would have triggered the coordinated delivery prompt. I am very disappointed I wasn't contacted at the same time this was input into their tracking. To me this is another example of very poor customer service. Also I have a "Signature Not Required" sticker at my door. Purolator didn't honor this. Not using the "Signature Not Required" is also a big let down to me. I signed up for this to make my life easier. The employees I had to deal with locally were great. But as a whole Purolator has a lot to be desired for me to use their business in the future.

I live in an apartment building and I ordered items from Amazon. The items were delivered to my apartment building when myself and my fiancee were at work and apparently their policy is to leave it in the building in front of your door if they get access to your building. So someone let them in left it in front of my door and it got stolen! I went to the office she told me it's not their problem!! Will never recommend!

Order from Amazon was to be delivered Tuesday June 26th as per delivery tracking reference.The weather was 22 C, sunny,bright blue skies and I get an alert stating the delivery is not happening because..wait for it.."Delayed due to weather Unfortunately your shipment was delayed due to weather. We're working to deliver it as soon as possible." From the tracking site.. It's on the way Ordered 24 Jun Shipped 25 Jun Was expected 26 Jun It is now June 27th.. Some weather related delays came to my mind.. the sun was in the driver's eyes, he lost his sunglasses,the visor in the truck was broken,the AC was shot,it looked like a good fishing day,Purolator does not pay OT,bugs on the windshield,GPS was incorrect etc.Thank God he is safe and it wasn't raining or cloudy in this "terrible "June weather.

Package was damaged by Purolator, was on the truck out for delivery on Friday - didn't arrive. Now it's Monday night - still no package. Called Purolator talked to a unfriendly lady who was absolutely unhelpful and rude. Not impressed at all. This is a package of food items that I need. Apparently it might arrive tomorrow - we will see. The customer service is absolutely crap. I was just left in the wind to track down the whereabouts of my package. Their communication skills stink. Would not recommend this company at all. A huge frustrating experience.
