They go out of their way to make it as difficult as possible to get your own property. I paid the shipping charge & three days later they still said I owed. They left a letter in my mailbox saying this person or company does not exist. I guess this review does not exist either. Despite using UPS My Choice & giving preferred location if delivery fails they still refuse to send it there. So I'm planning a quest to Mordor out to their industrial Park. I've been talking to UPS all week by email. I keep asking for them to send my package to UPS Store #103. They refuse. Canada Post does this automatically. Packages that need to be signed for or are too large for your box they send to a Canada Post outlet in your general area. Why can't UPS do the same with their UPS Stores? Very poor customer service. Now they're threatening to send my package back AFTER I paid their shipping charges. Callous describes their customer service. It's as if they don't want you to have your package. FOLLOW UP: The problem here started because after I paid for the Customs fee on the UPS site the ticket saying I owed was not ripped off leaving the impression I still owed $. After talking to rep in Mississauga nerve center it could have easily been taken care of with one phone call to London UPS Center. Simple. All I wanted from him was to have my package moved to UPS store in my neighbourhood. I told him from the start I paid 4 days earlier on UPS site. He refused to listen and blocked me after I stated I did not have a phone. I was discriminated against for the crime of not having a phone. I could communicate with him quite well by email. He was just being a dick for the sake of being a dick.

The parking here is horrible, their parking lot only fits two cars and is super awkward to get in and out of so you'll most likely have to park on the street. The reception area is about the size of a small walk-in closet and can fit about three people comfortably. If you can avoid coming here, I'd highly recommend it. Customer service was average.

United Parcel Service tries delivering three times to my door. All of which were during the day and did not offer after hour delivery. The hours for pick up in the south end of London is limited and not the best for working people. Once at their location staff was friendly and efficient. This is the only reason for 3 star.

He made 3 visits..first call I wasn't home..second visit I left a note to contact my building manager..he never did but left a not ..no answer..(lier)..third visit watched for him went down to the foyer and waited for him to enter the building..couldn't see him..next minute he drove off..I called them and was to receive a phone call between 5-7 never did. HAVE NOTHING NICE TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY and will be in touch with a supervisor

A zero star is more than what they deserve. Very disappointing experience, the compete with Canada post on bad service. Calling in to ask if you split a shipment from the same source, then i receive one and the other is kept in facility because they can do not have a proper address. Either deliver both or none to claim this! unless you have lousy driver one day and a good one on the other, in this case a more standardised service is a good idea.
