Terrible service! Numerous times I have booked shipments and they sit here for days! Again today, I have 2 packages here to go and no one has come to pick them up. Customer has been waiting for these to ship for 2 days. Purolator is the way to ship. I don't know how this company stays in business!!! (I didn't want to give them any stars but I couldn't post this unless I gave them one)

They NEVER pick up the package! EVERY single time I have to call and demand they pick up the items! I will now tell my customers I will not ship Cardinal!!!! I have been calling for 35 min and NO one is there to answer the phone!!!!!!!

Constantly Miss sorting packages, very un-reliable service. 4 miss sorted packages this week alone, resulting in lost sales for our business. very poor customer service. cardinals only benefit was getting shipment at 8am, but since it could be days to get it and cannot predict when you will have it we will be using Purolator atleast we will have the orders the next day just in the afternoon instead of the morning!!
