I work in printing goods and promotional materials. I entrusted Helix to deliver 8 time-sensitive boxes. The boxes were delayed in Toronto. I was offered no apology, no rebate, and was denied a refund. There are dozens of shipping options out there. I've received refunds from UPS, Canada Post, and Purolator. Go somewhere else. UPDATE: My order was refunded. That was after three days of being told I was being ridiculous
