I made an appointment to deliver a dresser between 10-1pm, and I have told them the condo is only allowed for 3 hours booking. They agreed and we have re-confirmed for at least 3 times.
On the delivery date, I took a day off and waited at home for the whole morning. At 12:30pm, still no one showed up and I called the company where were they? They said the driver is delivering and would go to another spot before coming to my home, which is around 2pm. What? I told them another family has booked the elevator at 1:30pm, and I could not use it after 1:30pm.
He said he would asked the driver come to my condo right after the current delivery, and would arrive before 1:30pm.
The driver called me at 1:15pm said he was coming in 10 min. Until 1:55pm, no one ever showed up. I called the company again and the guy said they normally booked the delivery between 10am - 2pm, and their manager agreed 10-1 which is exceptional. I said I have told them in the original booking that my condo is only allowed for 3 hours booking. I have called them at 12:30pm to re-address the issue. They promised 10-1 and they have to make it, and I have paid $80 for delivery fee already.
Then, he sounded very impatient, and said no one could control what would happened on the road once the driver is leaving the center etc. He said if the driver could not come to my home today, they would arrange another delivery date!!
What?? I have to take another day off when I have paid $80 delivery fee? He said he didn't want to argue with me, and hang up my phone!!
The driver came to my condo at 2:15pm eventually. They have wasted my whole morning and totally not responsible.
What a damn service?! Really bad experience!
