unbelievable......they can't seem to trace a package if their life depended on it...i call and ask where my shipment is and all they do is constantly transfer calls to other departments..one of the worst service departments i have had to deal with...Would I use them....never but unfortunately my suppliers

Wotk environment is good at all

Richmond Hill driver came to the East end of Markham to deliver my package. I guess the Markham guy was sick, and knowing we weren't open today still came by to see. He knocked on the front door, even walked around to the back and banged on my back door! Sure enough, I was there. Just eating, didn't hear him at the front. That's service. This is what the larger companies have forgot. This guy went out of his way a bunch to get his job done. I've had other "big name" companies "attempt" two deliveries and then force me to go pick it up at their warehouse. Midland Courier gets it right.

Worst courier company I've ever had to deal with. The customer service reps are clueless and ready to shift blame on someone else. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with them as I had ordered something from Costco.
