No coordination between their office and their shippers. Had planned to pick up an order here, had called and confirmed it and then when I arrive no one knows where it is. Then an employee starts getting mad at me for picking it up? I have used Cardinal for the past 5 years with no issues. But the last 6 months however, there has been a change at the company or something because this has to be the 4th or 5th issue in the last 6 months, whether they lost a package or didnt pick it up at all, this company has taken a dip in service.

Constantly Miss sorting packages, very un-reliable service. 4 miss sorted packages this week alone, resulting in lost sales for our business. very poor customer service. cardinals only benefit was getting shipment at 8am, but since it could be days to get it and cannot predict when you will have it we will be using Purolator atleast we will have the orders the next day just in the afternoon instead of the morning!!
