One of your female drivers decided to try getting on the 401 via bennet off ramp, when I honked my horn, she flew into the grass and gave me the finger. Amazing service!

Left my gf at timmys waiting on her bad ankle for an hour. How these people still have their taxi license is beyhond me . Constantly parking where they shudnt. Never on time. They need to close down they suck.

RIPPED OFF BY PAUL! Charged almost $50 for a 10-minute cab ride. When we called to inquire about the excessive fee, we were told it should have been closer to $30 and the driver ripped us off. Confirmed his name is Paul and he is known for overcharging. Because he is an independent driver, they said they can't do anything about his sleazy behaviour. USE UBER INSTEAD!!!!

45 minutes late on a cab I pre booked the day before. The driver was apologetic as it was dispatch fault. Still got in trouble at work. Awful awful experience.
