Just called and got hung-up on... Called again and got hung-up on... No attitude on my end whatsoever so I am confused why I was treated this way. Whoever hung up on me has some growing up to do and shouldn't be working there, I will now make a complaint to head office.

I use this depot often and I have always had excellent service whether the staff are not too busy or overly busy they are always business like but friendly., even if they are dealing with irate customers they still are very good to not lose their "cool". JAN VON HELLENS

Employees seem to not really know enough about online labels I printed an online label with digital customs. They were forcing me to fill out another customs slip. I went to another location and had no issues with it
