Purolator

Every time I see a Purolator truck, I jokingly think that they're out there delivering happiness, considering all the presents or heavy groceries, they've brought right to my door. Seeing as most of my Amazon Prime orders are delivered by Purolator, sometimes less than 12 hours after I order, and especially compared to others who can't seem to arrive on time, I'd say they've provided excellent service many times. :)

I’ve had to pick up a few parcels here and also use the FAX and COPYING services. It’s great when my wifi isn’t working or printer in my home office. Glad to know I have a place to go for some essential office services. Sending parcels are a breeze and this location is pretty quiet.

The staff at this location are fast and helpful. I was able to have my package sent out in minutes. I notice many of the reviews, especially negative have nothing to do with the location and more with Purolator service as a whole. This isn't the place to post that people lol

Very gud service . Cooprative staff . I felt like this is better then some of the very famous couriers. Liked their response quickly .

Awful ! Went to pick up package, show my ID but her scanner wouldnt accept my signature. So she wouldnt release the package to me. Over and over again. And again and again. "it's probably not your signature" I am told.(oh really? whose signature is this then ?) I offered to sign a paper document for her to scan, I figured there must be a form when their systems go down, but she wouldnt or couldnt do that. There was no manager around to help resolve the problem. I was about to call the police to attend to retrieve my package. I made an X in place of my signature and THAT was accepted. The braindead-zombies are taking over folks. You will find them at purolator
