J&J Moving

Had my entire home, small office and 3 cars shipped from Toronto to Edmonton. I thought the service was actually very good. Pricing wise, yeah it did cost me, but when a home, small office and 3 cars are involved including packing, etc. A price tag is something to expect. Overall very good service with no damages.

This company has by far the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. They actually kept the keys to my vehicle and will not give them back after repeated phone calls and emails. They avoid my phone calls, it is surprising how they actually make any money. NEVER use this company, very unprofessional and they never listen to your requests and do things on their own time

Horrible, been 3 weeks they are not even replying to the calls and that address points to a house where a guy opens a door and tells us that its a wrong address. Garbage service, i can't believe I paid these people. I wish these ppl get out of this business cause they suck b***s at it.

This company is without a doubt the worst moving company I have ever used. First, they agreed to show up on the 28th, then called the day of the move to say they couldn't come until the 3rd of the next month (causing huge problems from the place we had to leave). Then they were suppose to show up at 10am, but didn't show up until after 3pm. Then, it took them 3 weeks to get our stuff (from Ontario to another province) out to us and when it arrived, they had subcontracted another carrier. Not only was much of our stuff damaged, but they also failed to deliver items that were on our inventory list, for example, the bed frame didn't make it but the mattress did!!! When we called about where it was, they wouldn't answer our calls, and when we finally got through to them using a different phone, they basically just laughed at us and called us liars. Trust me, if you use this company, you will be sorry!!!!

DO NOT LET THE PROFESSIONAL WEBSITE FOOL YOU! THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE IN THE MAKING. THEY HAVE HAD SO MANY COMPLAINTS THE B.B.B. WILL NOT ACCREDIT THEM. UNFORTUNATELY FOR US, WE LEARNED THE HARD WAY. OUR CAR WAS DAMAGED. THE TRUCK CARRYING OUR CAR WAS IN AN ACCIDENT. WE HAD TO CALL THE RCMP AND DO THE DETECTIVE WORK OURSELVES TO ACTUALLY FIND OUR CAR SITTING IN A COMPOUND IN LLOYDMINSTER SK. RYAN WOULDN'T RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS BECAUSE HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHERE THE CAR WAS! THE COMPANY OUTSOURCED BY J&J TO DELIVER OUR CAR - ROYAL LOGISTICS - ANOTHER NIGHTMARE - PAID US HALF OF WHAT WE FELT WAS FAIR FOR DAMAGE - OF COURSE J&J WASHED THEIR HANDS OF US WHEN WE ASKED THEM FOR COMPENSATION AS WELL. AS USUAL RYAN WON'T RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. GO FIGURE.
