Didn't show up for a scheduled pickup, and when we called 3 days later the customer service woman was completely rude (I wish I could share the rudeness in her voice) and she asked why we didn't call sooner. Does that really matter at this point? We were busy and didn't notice the shipment sitting on our pickup shelf. Absolutely ridiculous. Never using Cardinal Couriers again. - Shipper/Receiver at Concept Controls Inc.

I cannot believe the amount of times this company has failed me this year. It seems they cannot get it together. I am a franchise store that they deliver too and we have almost 300. I wonder how many times they have done the same to the others? I would definitely not do business with this company. We have had issues with for our Winter stock and now it appears it will be the same with the summer. I suggest you look somewhere else. The only reason they get a star is because I could not post a message without one

First off, I was skeptical providing key access to my facility and secondly allowing a driver to enter at night ..well let's just say i wouldn't have given it any consideration. However, with an open mind our team persevered providing key access to 11 of our branches. The service is reliable, on-time, dependable not to mention the peace of mind it has provided the team. The Cardinal integration team was very professional and courteous along the way!

never on time for pick ups and we have to send drivers to drop off so our customers can receive their orders. Deadline for same day pick up is 1pm...way too early

The pricing is great, the ease of use online is wonderful. Customer service is very friendly and patient. Occasionally there are issues with mis-shipped items or the occasional lost parcel, but their staff is wonderful at making sure we locate our parcels.
