Don't waste your time calling or trying to use their website. Assuming your luggage hasn't been lost or damaged the only fast way to get it is to show up at their warehouse and get it yourself. 63 Galaxy Blvd., Unit 7. Go to the back loading dock. Incredible that these guys have won such a large commercial contract, but I guess that what happens when you're the cheapest option..

terrible. Did not deliver my lost luggage (supposedly too far and they have to call in advance) and after I called, was promised it would get delivered and nothing happened. Called again and was told "we returned the luggage because we cannot hold it for more than 10 days" I had called after 2 days and they had nothing to hold (just deliver it). Guess I lived too far (90km) hence they found it easier to just return. Appalling service.

Horrendous customer service from Air Canada and Delite Courier Services. 10 days later, still no suitcase. How long does it take to deliver a suitcase in the Toronto area. Can't speak to anyone directly at Air Canada - only department available is Baggage Claims, and they say direct all inquiries to Air Canada on their website..... then Air Canada responds by notifying you that it may take up to 35 days to hear back from them. Seriously????

Non existent customer service and lack of respect. Do not care about providing any professional service. Will ignore the delivery address details given to airline and call the wrong phone numbers. This company makes losing your baggage even more painful. Extremely late on promised delivery times, poor communication, unreliable. Not sure why airlines make even more mistakes by using them.
