Im have gift from vietnam and Im contact with them for gift they tell me everything ok u dont need worry and then when the give come canadathey tell me pay $45 for shipping im still ok and they give me the poa ( letter ) and im send for them 2 week ago and they still not answer me did they have that or not ,and they call back to vietnam they say they can contact with me im try contact with them again but they DIDN'T ANSER my message . THAT HOW THEY WORK 😡😡😡

Sent a bill for customs charges 2 months after I received the product from overseas. The actual customs charges and GST were only $5... Their ridiculous fees were an extra $26.

Worst ever experience, driver took money of import duty no receipt given and not credit to CBSA. After six months TNT came with notice to pay. Beware with any money you pay to delivery driver...........
