If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would have gladly done so. I have no clue as to why the airport decided to work with this awful service, where the people are incredibly rude and incompetent at their job. Except for a lady named Mina, that is. I got a call yesterday, I conforming that they had my bag and would be delivering it between 7:30-11:30pm and then I got another call confirming that information. Absolutely no one showed up and no one notified me that they would not be arriving. Today I call, upset, because that bag has medicine that needs to be refrigerated, and it's been 3 days sitting outside. The man cited that no one works at night and that he would call me back in 15 min. At this point I stop trusting them so 15 min passed and no call comes. So I call them. The brute yells at me and hangs up. I call back, same thing. Funnily when my father calls them, he picked up and gave actual information. I guess he would only speak to a man, sexist pig. Turns out, they never had the bag even tho they said they did. Wanted to give me a backpack I instead of a suitcase. Their incompetence amazes me, I rather and I am going to pick up my luggage at the airport and I suggest everyone does the same. This service is garbage.

Extremely impressed with the service of Gordon (of Welland, Ont.) of TriExpress. I was called around 6pm to be informed that my luggage would be delivered that evening. When realizing he would be running late, Gordon called me around 11pm to inform me of his delay but that he would still be coming. A while later I called him back to see if I should wait up. I did, and Gordon delivered my luggage with friendliness, care, and professionalism that had relieved all the stress that lost luggage incurs. He even stayed for a quick chat as my dog came to the door to greet him! I'm sure he is one of your best, thank you Gordon!

Triexpress courier went to Pearson international to get my luggage west jet left in Calgary, they may have been late however they got me all my luggage and I am forever grateful

My golf clubs did not arrive in Toronto with the rest of my luggage and I was advised they would arrive the following day at 16:00 and that the courier company would contact me to arrange delivery. The next day I confirmed with the Airline that my clubs had arrived on the 16:00 flight and awaited a call from TRI Express. At 12:00 the following day, having heard nothing I contacted them and they advised that my bag would be delivered between 20:30 and 23:30 that evening but at 21:30, they called to advise that delivery would be 00:30. At just after midnight my bag arrived, I queried why the delivery was so late at night and the driver advised me that they always delivered late to avoid the traffic. He also said he was on his way for another drop off about an hour away. What sort of courier company is this? Who delivers at 01:00 in the morning? I had to be up at 06:00 that morning. Surely the bag should be delivered at a time convenient to the customer and not the courier? In all my experiences with courier companies,TRI Express are the worst I have come across. Indeed, the word Express is a complete misnomer!

Wow, what an experience with these guys... Rude, condescending, 3 hours late for the delivery, a complete nightmare I will file a complaint with the airline, because obviously their owner or boss is ok with this behavior Beware
