The place is neat and clean. They have masks in case you forgot to bring one while picking or delivering the package. Best call them in advance to see if the parcel is there or the driver still has it incase you missed collecting it at your place.

The clients do not even want to give 1 star out if they could. This is a company you definitely do NOT want to work with. Some upset clients reviewed years ago as "Absolutely shocked that a business like this is still in business!". Can't agree more! It is not improved. The terrible customer service drives one more client crazy now. Someone with blind eyes selected Purolator for a parcel delivery to the client, and left the client no choice, the client has to go through with such a company and get such a BAD experience! And it became a nightmare without a surprise! What a SHAME to the POOR management, TERRIBLE customer service, RUDE and UNTRAINED staff! Image it, waiting in a car over 5 hours in such a HOT summer afternoon outside of the warehouse, and it comes without solutions and they just close... Yes, in such a HOT summer afternoon they did tell the client to wait outside from 3pm to 6:30pm, and told the client to wait again from 6:30pm to 8pm, after that they just closed and told the client to come back in next day/week and wait again, just for picking up a tiny parcel! Stay away! Choose another company if you can.

Poor customer service, its like they do not care about you and your package. A turtle is faster than you and maybe more professional than purolator. My package should be delivered on Sunday at my house but they hold my package at Mississauga location and said package is available for pickup. Instead of delivering it to destination address why they hold it for pickup😒. I contacted customer service to know about it. And what make it worse is their staff responses are same. One of the representative said you will get it on Monday but I didn't get it. Next day, again contacted, same answer "you should get it today or tomorrow" but I am still waiting for my package. This is not a professional company, from what i experienced with them they are closer to being a scam.

For being such a huge centre, the least a company this big can do is hire people that have the bare minimum customer service skills. The man working behind the desk on august 26th, 2021 around 8:45am has ZERO interpersonal skills. He is the most incompetent individual I have ever come across in customer service. He needs to be given training from the ground up!! I

The driver never knocked and left the delivery notice in the grass...so I had to go pick up my package. The store was very clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful, but it took a long time to find my package and a long time to actually release my package to me after filling in info etc. Fine, but not great.
