TForce Final Mile ( Dynamex)

I have ordered an item on Amazon for same day delivery. The tracking shows that it’s out for delivery and expected by 9:00 pm. I have waited at my office just for this item. It’s 9:00 pm and no sign of these guys. The real question for Amazon is, why do you use these people? Don’t you look at the reviews they have. Hundreds of negative feed back. I will cancel my prime as it’s useless if Amazon ships with these guys.

I waited at my business for my Amazon.ca delivery. Guaranteed to be delivered by 9 pm. I waited until 8:58 when I received an update on the app that a delivery attempt was made but the business was closed. What attempt? They never set foot onto our property. I have a prime membership and didn't pay shipping so, I'm not necessarily out any money, however, I am out of my valuable time which, no money can replace. I stayed late WITH MY THREE LITTLE KIDS, to wait for my order and IT NEVER CAME. Don't tell me you attempted to deliver. I have cameras. You did not. How convenient that you notified me at 8:58 and your customer service closed at 9 so, I couldn't even follow up. I know this is a lie because I've had deliveries by Purolator and they leave the package at the door if no one answers. You simply decided not to deliver and went home, and had the audacity to lie to me and to Amazon about it. Based on other reviews you should cease to offer same day deliveries. You obviously don't know what SAME DAY means. On a side note: The driver was very nice. He told me they probably made a decision at shipping to ship it during business hours, and didn't bother to send it out last night. I told them, I wouldn't be so frustrated had they just told me so I wasn't waiting for it.

I have been waiting now 3 days past my guaranteed delivery from amazon prime. I called into the office to track my package and was told the driver was less then 2km from my home and would be making his way over promptly. When I asked if it was going to be delivered today the employee said “I hope so” It is now 4 hours later and I am still waiting without update. I don’t understand why our valuable products purchased through amazon are trusted with a company that continuously gives excuses(read reviews below, literally any review) Absolutely ridiculous service, I wish amazon stated who they’re shipping through so that I never made the purchase in the first place.

It appears this courier is hit and miss. Did one day with amazon and like everyone else after reading reviews got worried what might happen. Turns out everything was fine and delivered on time. People like to leave bad reviews but never positive ones for fine service. Figured I'd leave a 5 star to even it out, who knows maybe I'll have a bad experience with them in the future but as of right now they did right by me.

The delivery was actually good. When I called they answered my call right away. The delivery time was convenient as well.
