The UPS Store

I was so pleased to see a change of ownership in this store. I have a small business and UPS has really become a business solution for me. Chris and his staff are very pleasant to deal with and if Chris doesn't have it, he will get it for you. I have started buying my toner there because their prices are way better than Staples. They are there for me for all of my copying, scanning and binding needs. Truly they should rename themselves "The UPS Business Solutions Store."

Very poor. Should hire drivers who can read. I didn't waste my time typing out special instructins on where to drop my parcel read dammit. Any other job you would of been fired but nope calling the office and they don't understand English. Talking to a person is like talking to the damn recording.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I have never in my life had such a terrible experience with a business before. The man working who claimed to be the owner refused to check and see if my parcel was at his location because the slip of paper left on my door stated it was delivered to the colborne st location but when I went to that location there was a notice on their door stating they had permanently closed their location and all parcels were sent to the king George location. I called the king George location prior to driving across town to confirm it was there and the rude man refused to look up my information to tell me if it was there. I drove there anyway hoping he would be a little more helpful which he was not. I was trying to explain to him how the other location closed and what the notice said and he turned his back to me and started doing other stuff. I asked him to please look at me when I was talking as he was being very rude and he got right in my face and screamed at me to leave his store. I have never experienced something like that before. I could not believe he refused to help me. I ended contacting the head office and the company shipping my parcel and they confirmed my parcel was in fact redirected to the king George location. It was at the store when I was there trying to pick it up and the owner refused to look for it. I had to pay more money to have it sent to another location in Paris just so I didn't have to go back to that store.

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE!! I don't blame all of UPS, its just the Brantford Depot. Bunch of liars, said they came to my house when they didn't because I was home all day. When they finally came the next day, I was presented by such RUDE service. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Rude bad service, we will go fed ex next time
