This is the worst company ever. They shipped my package to the wrong address when I requested that it needs to be signed for. They didn’t ask for a signature where ever they dropped it off and I never received it. And now they tell me that because the driver signed that it was delivered to the correct address they aren’t going to do anything about it as if i’m trying to scam them. Horrible. Don’t work with them.

I would like to thank the gentleman from Colombia named Alex. If it wasn't for him I would have never gotten a letter that I needed for a court date. There is serious problems with logistics in this company but the staff in this located specially Alex should be regarded for helping out.

It is 1024am on March 23rd and Im currently on hold for minute 8. They have come back twice with my wrong info. They got my address correct in the text and online info they sent me but when i called they actually gave me someone elses credit card info and asked me to confirm, because they looked at the wrong file. First it was the online system was down. Then it was the phone system thay was down. Then they gave my someone elses credit card number to confirm. They also got my address wrong.

Parking is attrocious, this is the only pickup location for a DHL in Hamilton, if you have to come here by any means other than a personal vehicle I pity that person. Actual service was fairly quick and the package was not destroyed as it can be with other mail providers. If I had the choice I would have had the ship by any other carrier just for the convenience alone.
