Last Friday item arrived, online status was shown as " Unable to deliver - Heavyweight. Customer will be contacted to arrange delivery. ". OK, then, I called Purolator, gave them my phone number. Purolator said someone will contact me to arrange delivery. No one called. Then Purolator delivered the package the next Monday without calling me. Leave a notice for pickup but it could not fit to my car. Then I called the Purolator again to arrange another delivery (call centre cannot arrange, has to let the local depot call me). This time, I asked the lady from the local depot "can it be guaranteed to deliver on the day I picked?" The lady told me during the call since it is a scheduled delivery, delivery will be guaranteed on the scheduled day. Because of this re-delivery, I took a vacation day from work. Then, today, which is the SCHEDULED re-delivery day, I found the online status is still not shown as " On vehicle for delivery ". Called them back. A lady said cannot find the morning scan and most likely cannot be delivered today.
Updates: manager is really helpful. A manager helped me confirmed that the package is on the vehicle. It is just the online status is not changed.
